Organoleptic description: A coffee for Meditation, smooth, with very little caffeine and prevalent hints of red fruits, flowers, moss, rhubarb, pineapple, rose, spices and woody aromas. Balanced in the cup, delicate, robust and with a persistent finish.

A truly exceptional coffee, the Bourbon Pointu (Laurina) is one of the oldest varieties of Arabica in the world. It has been somewhat abandoned because of low productivity and sensitivity to disease, but recently it has been revaluated as one of the best coffees in the world thanks to Frédéric Descroix and the exceptional soil of Pistone des Neiges.

An extremely rare product, Bourbon Pointu is produced through careful selection of the coffee beans that are sorted by hand. With its elongated bean, its elegance and subtle delicacy uncontaminated by the chaos of the city, it is the perfect choice when we wish to meditate or enjoy a moment of tranquility.
