Washed Robusta Coffee, dark roasted, intense cream and flavor, astringent (typical characteristic of Congo coffee), long persistence.
In 1898 the second most important coffee species–Robusta – was discovered in the Congo. This coffee, which is not always available, is the fruit of meticulous sourcing through preferential channels.
When it reached Italy, it was further selected to obtain only the best part.
