Complex but balanced cup, full-bodied and fragrant.
PURE ARABICA from the uplands of Huehuetenango (northwest Guatemala) also known as Maya coffee. Hand-harvested, it grows exclusively between 1,500 and 2000 meters. Varieties: Typica, Bourbon and Caturra. Cultivation “bajo sombra” (the plants grow in the shade). S.H.B. – Strictly Hard Bean – coffee, among the best in the world.
Region protected by the international Slow Food organization for the protection of biodiversity.
