Organoleptic analysis : a very full-bodied coffee with a neutral flavor and slightly chocolaty. No acidity and a cocoa smell.Harvest: exclusively hand harvested from June to August.The small island of Flores is located in the Indonesian archipelago and it’s full of active and inactive volcanoes that create fertile land ideal for the production of coffee. The island of Flores is known as the origin of the sweet robusta coffee. Here the coffee is grown in the highlands of Manggarai and Ngada, at altitudes between 400 and 1000 meters by small groups of farmers. |
